Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is being prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD. Orders under $70 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard Shipping: 1–4 weeks

Because our products are sourced from a global supplier network, delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal demand. Most orders arrive within 1–4 weeks of the ship date; in rare cases (e.g., holiday peak periods, customs delays) delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to fully update, as it may pass through multiple carriers.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in your order total.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
DeanBuy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at support@deanbuy.com so we can help where possible.

Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 weeks of the ship date, please contact us at support@deanbuy.com and we'll investigate or offer a resolution.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
