Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will likely already be in processing with our fulfillment partner and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• You must contact us first to request a return — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@deanbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days. In many cases, due to international return shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item be shipped back — this is evaluated case by case.

Return Shipping
If a physical return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns to cover processing and handling, deducted from your refund total. This fee is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened eyewear, wrist rests, or seat cushions. All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved (or your case-by-case refund is approved), you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
