Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@deanbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
